The Mad Charlie Inc. Market Returns and Exchanges Policy

  1. We offer EXCHANGES ONLY within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

  2. We do not accept full credit returns. If you would like to return a product we will credit you for the purchase minus our $5.00 restocking fee once the product has been received via our free return labels. We do not credit for original shipping costs but we will send you a free return label.

Cancellation  Policy

  1. You may cancel your membership at anytime.

  2. Membership automatically renews monthly.

  3. We do not offer refunds for membership once you have joined the community or following your monthly renewal.

  4. The minimum amount of time to join is one month. Cancellation of your membership will stop your automatic renewal of membership. Once your membership expires, you will no longer have access to the community or community content.
