Conquering the Maze Community Agreement

Welcome to our supportive community for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. This agreement helps us maintain a safe, respectful, and empowering space where all families can thrive together.

Our Community Values

Privacy & Confidentiality

• All personal information, stories, and experiences shared within this community are strictly confidential

• Never share another member's personal details, child's information, or family situations outside this community

• Screenshots, photos, or recordings of community interactions are prohibited

• What's shared in the community stays in the community

Kindness & Validation First

• We lead with compassion and understanding in all interactions

• Every family's journey is unique and valid

• Offer support without judgment

• Celebrate wins, both big and small

• Remember: You are the expert on your child

Exclusive Content Protection

• All video content provided via unlisted YouTube links is exclusively for current community members

• Never share, copy, download, or distribute these videos outside the community

• Do not share login credentials or private links with non-members

• Respect the intellectual property of Mad Charlie Inc, our experts and contributors

Respectful Communication

• Communicate with empathy and respect, even when perspectives differ

• Use "I" statements when sharing experiences

• Ask for consent before offering advice

• Avoid diagnosing or providing specific medical advice

• Honor diverse approaches to parenting and support

Community Guidelines

• Be present and engaged when you can, but honor your own capacity

• Respect all neurotypes, backgrounds, and family structures

• No promotion of products, services, or other communities without admin approval

Reporting & Accountability

If you witness any violation of these guidelines:

• Report concerns directly to the community admin, Angela Powell, via direct message through the Volley App or by emailing your concerns to support@madcharlieinc.com

• Trust that all reports will be handled confidentially and promptly

Membership Agreement

I have read and agree to abide by the Conquering the Maze Community Agreement. By completing and submitting the form below and joining Conquering the Maze a Mad Charlie Inc. community, I agree to:

• Honor all community guidelines outlined above

• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of all members

• Refrain from sharing the Conquering the Maze YouTube links on the Mad Charlie Inc. YouTube channel. These include all videos shared within the “Credentialed Village” channel within the community space. 

• Use community resources solely for personal family support

• Understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund

• I have read and understand the Mad Charlie Inc. General Privacy Policy

• I have read and understand the Conquering the Maze Community cancellation policy
